Cancellation Policy

Upon booking, you'll receive an email with additional instructions, including bank details for the Down Payment (EUR 150.00). We will hold your spot for 5 days until you make the Down Payment. Once we received, your booking is confirmed and you will receive an additional email holding details about your Final Payment (EUR 100.00 or more depending on Extras, rentals etc.), rendezvous points, route map, invitation to a closed Viber group, etc. useful information. If you fail to make the Down Payment, your booking is automatically cancelled. Unforeseen things do happen, so keep in mind our Cancellation Policy for Going Coastal is: You can cancel at any time, by email to motobalkans@gmail.com. Money stuff: - cancelling before we close bookings for your dates will result in you receiving a full refund of your Down Payment; - cancelling after the bookings are closed but still 10 days before set off will result in losing your Down Payment but if you have made the Final Payment, the difference between it and the Down Payment will be fully refunded to you; - cancelling 9 or less days before the start or not showing up at the start point or quitting at any point during the trip will result in withholding the full trip fee (Down Payment + Final Payment); - failing to make the Final Payment up to 10 days before the start will result in automatic cancelling of your booking and withholding of your Down Payment. We are really cool, as you'll get to know so if anything comes up, please, please contact us and we will try to adjust or refund as much as possible regardless of the policy above.
