Upon booking, you'll receive an email with additional instructions, including bank details for the Down Payment (BGN 250.00). We will hold your spot for 5 days until you make the Down Payment. Once we received, your booking is confirmed and you will receive an additional email holding details about your Final Payment (BGN 200.00 or more depending on Extras), rendezvous points, route map, invitation to a closed Viber group, etc. useful information. If you fail to make the Down Payment, your booking is automatically cancelled. Unforeseen things do happen, so keep in mind our Cancellation Policy for Going Coastal is: You can cancel at any time, by email to motobalkans@gmail.com. Money stuff: - cancelling before 03.10.2025 will result in you receiving a full refund of your Down Payment; - cancelling between 03.10.2025 and 09.10.2025 will result in losing your Down Payment but if you have made the Final Payment, the difference between it and the Down Payment will be fully refunded to you; - cancelling after 09.10.2025, not showing up at the start point or quitting at any point during the trip will result in withholding the full trip fee (Down Payment + Final Payment); - failing to make the Final Payment before 09.10.2025 will result in automatic cancelling of your booking and withholding of your Down Payment.
